Who we are
The New Ross Conservation Club is dedicated to reconnecting with the outdoors and maintaining an appreciation for nature and sport. We have plenty of outdoor activities for people of all ages from fishing in one of our two stocked ponds, shooting on our gun range, camping in one of our many primitive camping spots and much more.
At the club we also believe in community and taking care of those around us. That is why we continue to host Kids Camp each summer, Hunters Education courses put on by the DNR and several other community events to help educate our youth and spread the love of the outdoors to the next generation.
We are continuously looking for ways to improve the club and better serve our current and future members as well as the communities we serve.
The NRCC has had the honor of having an Eagle Scout request our club as the site for his project as part of his requirements. He has constructed a shelter on the firing line at the gun range for our shooters. Please be considerate of others when using the shelter.
We are thrilled that this young men chose our club for his project!
If you have any ideas for a project or would like to volunteer to help around the club, contact an officer! We always have opportunities for members to help make the club a better place.
